Return of goods

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.94 No. 172 “On the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine“ On the Protection of Consumer Rights ”, a list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return) is established. Namely, hygiene products, corsetry products, underwear, nightgowns, bed linen, pillows, towels. Goods that are sewn individually to your order are also not subject to return.

Be careful when choosing a product.

The shade of the fabric may differ from the picture. Often, color reproduction on different monitors may differ!

If you find a defect, do not use the product and notify us immediately. Exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date of purchase. Therefore, please check the product before use.
